Solution-Focused Therapy

Complementary Therapies: Reflexology & Indian Head Massage

As a Reiki Teacher and Spiritual Teacher/Healer, I offer powerful complementary therapies designed to support your overall immune health and significantly enhance your well-being. My approach focuses on reducing the physiological effects of stress and tension that can undermine your health.

All sessions are offered 1-2-1 (one-to-one), ensuring a focused and deeply personal healing experience tailored specifically to your needs.

Therapies Offered

  • Reflexology This practice involves applying gentle pressure to specific areas on the feet and hands. It works with the body’s natural energy pathways to release blockages, promote deep relaxation, and boost overall vitality. It’s a fantastic way to alleviate symptoms of stress, anxiety, tension, and support recovery from illness.
  • Indian Head Massage Rooted in traditional Ayurvedic principles, this therapy focuses on massaging the head, neck, shoulders, and upper back—the primary areas where tension from modern life and desk posture accumulates. It’s excellent for stress relief, enhancing mental clarity, improving circulation, and reducing headaches and physical discomfort.

Spiritual Guidance & Energy Work

Beyond the physical therapies, my work as a Reiki Teacher and Spiritual Healer allows me to offer deeper energetic and spiritual support during your 1-2-1 sessions, helping you connect with your inner peace and personal power.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a powerful tool for finding calm and clarity, especially during challenging times. As a qualified Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Practitioner, I facilitate 1:1 sessions, group classes, and tailored courses, including the MBCT 8-week programme recognized by the NHS as best practice.

Mindfulness can help you:

Manage Stress and Anxiety

Improve Sleep and Concentration

Enhance Self-esteem and Self-worth

Support challenges related to Menopause

By observing your thoughts without judgment, you can gain perspective, foster self-compassion, and respond to difficulties with greater resilience.
